CFL-5CA with CONDUCTIVE Acrylic Adhesive

1 oz Rolled Copper Foil (0.0014") - Provides excellent solderability and conformity. Its aggressive Acrylic Adhesive system creates a superior bond. 60# Release Liner. Used for RFI/EMI shielding applications in the electrical/electronics industry. Annealed and non-tarnishing. << CFL-5CA is coated with an acrylic adhesive which is uniformly dispersed with conductive spheres to provide a very low rate of electrical resistance through the tape.  Meets Government Spec MIL-T-47012. Electrical Resistance: 0.003 Ohms/inē (MIL-STD-202C, Method 303). >> Bright

Typical Applications:
 CFL-5A - EMI/RFI shielding of small electromagnetic components (i.e.transformer/reactor
coils) and cable slices; repairing, modifying & prototype designing of wiring boards,
supplementary shielding of joints / seams; flat conductor assys.

 CFL-5CA - Cable wrapping to provide EMI/RFI shielding, seaming of EMI/RFI shielded rooms
for electrical continuity, static charge draining, surface contact to non-solderable materials
(e.g. aluminum or plastics).

LF-5A:

100% Pure Lead Foil which is highly malleable and can be shaped to the most intricate patterns - with Liner.  Meets government specifications HH-T-29A, amendment 2.  Coated with a specially designed aggressive acrylic adhesive system which is weather, solvent and heat resistant.  3" neutral core. 


LF-5R: 

100% Pure Lead Foil which is highly malleable and can be shaped to the most intricate patterns - with Liner.  Meets government specifications HH-T-29A, amendment 2.  Coated with an aggressive Blended Rubber Adhesive system which offers good solvent resistance, and excellent aging & adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. 3" neutral core.

Typical Applications...

LF-5A...Used for decorative leaded windows , radiation/ x-ray shielding; as a vapor barrier and mask for electroplating.

LF-5R...Used for stop off masking during electroplating and where a moisture proof seal is required; also used as an electromagnetic and radio frequency shield.
