Double Coated PVC Tapes...

DC-4420LB...White, Clear, or Black PVC tape.

8 mil (0.20mm) exclusive of liner.  4 mil (0.10mm) PVC film coated on both sides with a modifies Acrylic Adhesive.  Gold siliconized paper liner.  The adhesive system of this double coated tape is aggressive, and will bond well to nearly all materials; even to difficult surfaces like foams, FE and PP films.  It has excellent temperature, UV, aging, and water vapor resistance.  Product is hand-tearable.  

Applications...

Used for bonding rubber, plastic, metal and wood substrates; for permanent mounting of nameplates and decorative trim on appliances and furniture.  

Physical Properties...

Adhesion (1 hr. dwell): 169 oz/in.  Shear resistance: 14 lbs/in2.  Temperature resistance:  -40F to 180F continuous (up to +250F short term).

DC-4425CS CLEAR PVC

Gold siliconized paper Liner.  Good dynamic and static shear resistance with no plasti-cizer migration on most surfaces. Excellent temperature, UV, aging, water and water vapor resistance. Used for permanent mounting of nameplates and decorative trim, and bonding of various substrates in the graphic arts industry where a clear tape is
required. Hand Tearable. 3" Neutral Core.
